(Naproxen Sodium)
550 mg tablets
Packets of 20 tablets
Painkiller that reduces inflammation
NSAID

Synflex are film-coated tablets containing 550 mg Naproxen Sodium.

They are helpful in treatment of:

  • MSD
  • Ureteral pain after Intrauterine Device (IUD) insertion
  • Menstrual pain
  •  Orthopaedic manipulations


The dosage of Synflex is dependent upon the irregularity to be treated and should be used according to the prescription.

Not suitable for patients having kidney problems.

The use of this drug should not exceed minimum effective dose.

The implication of Synflex for liver patients is not yet achieved but caution must be exercised and minimum effective dose should be administered.

Not suitable for breast-feeding patients.

Impacts of excess use:

  • Drowsiness
  • Indigestion
  • Heartburn
  • Fits - but it not established whether these fits are drug-imposed or not.
