Prostate Cancer is a type of cancer only associated with men and it begins in the prostate gland. Prostate cancer is very much uncommon in men aging less then forty years. Again prostate cancer is uncommon in USA and Europe.

Treatment of prostate cancer varies depending upon the stage of cancer and may involve surgical removal, chemotherapy etc.

Primary reasons for prostate cancer still remain a mystery. But following points are of core importance in this regards:

  • Aging
  • Family history with prostate cancer

Prostate cancer can affect the sexual life of an individual and if the cancer spreads it can harm other parts of the body and influence the spinal cord as well.

Recently scientists has done some paper-work speculating that if an individual's index finger approaches his ring finger in length, he is less likely to have prostate cancer.
