Beers Can Lower Cholesterol Level

A recent study has revealed the a moderate consumption of beer can help lower cholesterol levels. And this effect is more evident in women as compared to men.
But it should be kept in mind that such an action (i.e consuming beer for the purpose of lowering cholesterol) will only produce a moderation effect - not a complete cure.
And, for those fighting a high cholesterol issue but who are not drinkers - it will not be an advisable option.
It would be a better option to look for foods that are low in cholesterol.
Moreover, excess beer-drinking can cause weight gain. It's only the moderate consumption that enables a positive result. So if someone keeps drinking beer profusely - it will only worsen the situation.
