(Diclofenac potassium)

Sugar-covered pills composed of 50 mg Diclofenac potassium.

It helps in the treatment of post-operative and post-traumatic pains. It also cures migraine headaches.

Close observation is of vital importance in patients having symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders.

During pregnancy only the lowest effective doze should be administered only when it is essential.

Caflam may be used by breast-feeding mothers.

The following adverse effects may be experienced:

  • Headaches
  • Blurred vision
  • Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) - a vital skin condition
  • Hepatitis - swelling or inflammation of liver.
In case of a patient suffering from stomach or intestinal ulcer, Caflam should be administered with the prior approval of a doctor.

This drug should be administered before the meal.
