Nexum

(Esomeprazole)
20 mg and 40 mg

These drugs may be administered by patients having mild to moderate liver problems without any special limitations. But in patients having uncompromising liver problems to daily doze should not be exceeded by 20 mg.

Useful in GERD and ulcer problems.

Adverse Effects:

  • Headache
  • Vomiting
  • Stomach Ache
  • Pruritus - desire to itch


These drugs are not suitable for use in patients allergic to any element of the drug.

Nexum should be used during pregnancy only when the benefits of its use exceeds its effects.
