(Rosuvastatin)

Rovista (Rosuvastatin), a synthetic lipid-lowering agent, is an inhibitor of 3 hydroxy 3 methyglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. HMG-CoA lyase plays a vital role in using proteins for energy.

Rovista is consumed by way of mouth in three following disciplines:

1. 5 mg Tablets  ( Blue colored film-coated)

2. 10 mg Tablets  (Purple colored film-coated)

3. 20 mg Tablets  (Green colored film-coated)

Prior to the use of Rovista, it is advisable to consume a cholesterol-lacking diets for sometime. Animal fats consumption should be lowered significantly.

The intake of Rovista is not bound by the corroboration of meals. You can administer Rovista dose before eating something or after eating your meal.

The side effects associated with Rovista are usually not that strong and contain headache and abdominal pain.
